Made of heavy-duty nylon canvas, the satchel has a rigid bottom protected by 4 brass feet. The interior is fully lined and padded, improving both carry-comfort and protection for the contents. Safely secured with 2 brass buckles, there is a handle and an adjustable shoulder strap. There are 2 snapped tapes on the top for holding the JULLIAN Plein Air umbrella. Dimensions : 60 x 45 x 20cm

This looks sturdy enough to carry the heavy Jullian portable easel. Though recently purchased and without extensively bringing it out into the field, the strap looks to be reinforced at the sides, while the handle for carrying it like a briefcase also looks like it could handle the job. For $40.00 it's a great buy and, therefore, recommended!

Well made, sturdy and ample room for french easel and supplies. Competitively priced and finishing details are of a good quality - brass buckles, rigid bottom with brass feet and the canvas if heavy duty and washable.

The item was exactly was I was looking for at a great price. As a photographer and I wanted something big enough to carry large samples of prints and products. Straps are made of heavy vinyl. The buckle closure may be a little inconvenient to open and close quickly, but the drama of a slow opening and closing is ok for my photo presentations. It is perfect for my needs.
