Part of the Alva-line series, this vellum is made from 100% cotton rag fibers and is given the proper translucency without the use of chemical solvents. Good for pencil or ink, the finely grained surface is easy to draw on, or erase and redraw. This vellum is archival quality and will not leave ghosts, smears, or smudges when correcting your drawing. It is also resistant to yellowing and aging, maintaining it's classic blue-white tint. The high tensile strength of the cotton fibers means that this vellum will prevent tears despite its transparency. This is a medium weight vellum paper based on a 16 pound weight.
