Manufactured out of tubular steel, it arrives in an attractive black powder-coated finish. The seat is of sturdy 1 inch think polyurethane 13 1/2 inches in diameter that swivels for maximum comfort. It can be lowered to just 20 inches high and raised up to 25 inches. The included casters can lock for a stable, stationary seat. It also features non-slip floor guides.
