Made to stand up to use, It has a 1-3/4 inch maple top and sits on four welded construction steel legs set on floor feet to insure stability. Other steel workbenches in the "M" series come in a variety of sizes. They are also available with a choice of tops. In addition to the 1-3/4 inch maple top as seen here, there is a 2-3/4 inch maple top and a welded steel top folded over a 2-inch core with welded corners ground smooth.
