Sounds of Poetry Video (9-part series - DVD)

Since its start in the year 1986, the Geraldine R. Dodge Poetry carnival has showcased more than 300 well-known and upcoming artists. Sounds of Poetry film is a video documentary talking about this festival. It attracted more than 50, 000 passion listeners. The Sounds of Poetry documentary consists of nine series that features well-known television journalist Bill Moyers. The DVD production is an acknowledgement of poetry. The focus of the production is on both the power of the highly refined language of poetry and the importance of poetry as a form of spoken art.
