Tri-Art Sludge Gesso 3.78L

Tri-Art Gesso Sludge doesn't sound pretty, does it? But using it will help the environment.  You see, when companies manufacture acrylics, sludge is the outcome. Tri-Art has reclaimed the sludge and reprocessed it as a neutral color and neutral ground. 

It's economical and when you want a neutral base, it can be used in place of gesso. It's semi-opaque.  It's tone is gray, but you can use it as a medium-toned, color extender and a opacifier if you use small amounts.

It comes in a 3.78 liter canister, which will give you plenty of use for a long while. Not only will you feel good about your art, but you'll feel good about recycling what would normally be waste.  And who doesn't want to be more environmentally friendly? So, use Sludge and save the planet.  It's the right thing to do.
