Work in sturdy style using this sheet metal bench that doubles as a storage space and a work space. The bench measures 40” deep x 32” high and provides open storage for metal sheets measuring up to 30".
Its sturdy base is constructed of solid maple stringers and square legs. The cabinet uses mortise and tenon joint construction, reinforced with draw bolts. It features two solid maple slat style shelves and a 2.25” thick maple top, protected on both long edges using 2” x 2” angle iron. Its finish consists of a base coat of sealant and multiple lacquer coats.
