W&N Designers Gouache 14ml provides a smooth, brilliant, flat, opaque gouache. This professional gouache has been manufactured for nearly eighty years and is available in a wide range of colors. The 82 color choices provide strength, opacity and a range from bright to light pigments. Used by commercial artists, illustrators and designers alike, this medium enables artists to create vibrant images. All of the colors in the Designers Gouache collection are intermixable with any other medium. They can be combined with water W&N watercolors to create a flat, matt effect. The opacity of the colors is formulated through the introduction of high amounts of pigmentation. This pigmentation level allows the pigment to dry with a matt finish, decreasing the amount of reflection that arises when Designers Gouache pieces are photographed.
