They fit in with space between the inserts and box which is perfect for those also wishing to keep other supplies such as brushes and erases inside. The inserts come in two sizes, each to fit the two different pochade box sizes available on the market. Available is the 8"X10" and 9"X12". The 8"X10" includes two smaller foam pads that are 4 1/4"X6 3/4", and the 9"X12" is two larger foam pads that are 5 1/2"X7 3/4."
