Melissa & Doug Pasture Pals

Playtime is extra special with these miniature farm friends. The "pasture pals" are an award-winning collection of toy horses from Melissa & Doug, an educational and classic toy company that was launched in 1988. This collection includes 12 different horse breeds, each with velvety fur coats and realistic manes and tails that are sturdy enough even for young children to handle. Also included is an identification key with information on each horse figure. 

Each horse also comes arranged in the barn-shaped crate with its own special compartment and unique farm-themed backdrop. Either display the horses decoratively as you or your young one chooses, or hang on to the crate to store them neatly at the end of each play session. 

The "pasture pals" are meant for ages three and up. This toy horse collection won the Gold Oppenheim Toy Award in 2006.
