BEST 139" Heavy-Duty Stretcher Bar #890235

This heavy duty stretcher bar, made by Best, has been designed to keep the canvas at least 1/2 inch away so that no ghost impressions will show themselves on the completed painting. The rounded back edge is another feature that sets it apart from other stretcher bars. It reduces friction on the surface of the canvas, resulting in a smoother painting surface.

Please note this bar will not interlock with any other's manufacturer's stretch bar.

Specifications: 1-1/2 inches deep x 2 inches wide x 139 inches long

Designed to keep the canvas 1/2" away from the stretcher bar,  its rounded back edge reduces friction on the canvas which results in a tight draw on the canvas and a smoother surface.
