This 129” BEST heavy duty cross brace is used with BEST stretcher bars and adds more stability to your canvas. It is normally used when the height or length of your canvas is 36 inches or more. It adds support to your canvas so that it doesn’t bow or bend over time. Without adding a cross brace your canvas made end up bowing, as the lumber may need the extra support that cross braces provide.
