AMACO Excel Kilns - EX-1850 with Select Fire, 240V AC, three phase

The largest model made by AMACO, the Excel EX-1850 includes a standard Zone Control Select Fire(TM) which provides precision temperature control with three thermocouples resulting in better firing. The firing system automatically monitors the firing phases with an easy and quick to setup user-established program. The kiln is 240V AC with three phases capable of firing to Cone 10. It features 3" firebrick and is 31" x 46" in diameter and 27" deep for an impressive 18.5 cubic foot firing chamber capacity. It has two-position reinforced steel bars which assist with securing the lid while unloading and loading and the reversible slabs can be flipped to preserve the lifespan of the kiln. It features 12 Kanthal A-1 elements and is direct wired. The kiln is backed by a two-year warranty.
