The DaVinci brush itself is very nice and exactly what I expected.

The service from Madison Art Shop was dismal! I placed the order on April 1st, and after multiple inquiry emails to them, and responding promises to "look into it and ship it" from them, I finally received the brush on April 29th!! I think that is pretty poor service and would not order from them again.
