Legs are made utilizing mortise and tenon joint formation and a draw bolt reinforcement. The wall unit has a lower shelf is made of 14"D birch plywood. The rear of the shelf is a 4" high maple curb in several sizes. The island unit's lower shelf is made from 24"D birch plywood. Both bases have a finish of sealer and several coats of lacquer. Most spills will wipe away cleanly.

This versatile unit can be used on the wall or made into an island. The island has a 36"D flat solid maple top. The wall model has a solid maple 24"D top with angle ironed front. The rear portion of the top is a 4" high maple curb in various lengths. Units come in 32" and 37" heights.
