Artisan Water Mixable Oil Paint (1.25 oz.) - PERMANENT SAP GREEN

A middle of the road green that has a yellow undertone, Sap Green Permanent is a member of the Artisan Water Mixable product line. Sap Green was originally a lake tone made from unripe Buckthorn berries.   This line does not have any hazardous solvents as a part of their ingredients. This water mixable line has been made to look and work like conventional oil paints.

While there is no water within the product, linseed and safflower oils have been designed to accept water. The specialized mixture allows each color's characteristics to be highlighted.

The water mixable oil paints designed by Artisan have a buttery consistency that makes it easy for a variety of techniques to be used in created works of art. This line of oil paints can be thinned to meet the artist's needs.
