The product is wonderful. It is perfect for my quilting projects. I am, however, disappointed in your service. Shipping was slow...I received this request for a review before I received the merchandise....your response was that the (first) package must have been "lost" in the mail (I never received shipping notification). The when it arrived, I was concerned because no effort had been taken to secure the box the light box was in. It was as if it were pulled off the shelf and thrown in the mail. No tape to keep the box closed (it was partly open). Fortunately no damage.

As a quilter, I was looking for a tracing box to copy patterns and applique pieces. This large box provides excellent lighting , a surface large enough to trace an entire pattern and a slant surface for better visualization. I don't know why I waited so long to buy this product but I sure do love it. The price was reasonable, the delivery was swift. I highly recommend buying from this company.

I was astounded at how fast this arrived--and it's perfect for my needs (tracing lettering). A great value for the price--costs substantially less than other light boxes that do the exact same thing. Easy to set up. Highly recommended.

I was surprised to see that box on my porch so quickly. I'm a quilter and have been wanting a light box for too long so I'm feeling pretty happy about not having to tape my tracing projects to the window. The price was right! Almost half as much as for the same box as what I had found in a quilter's catalog.

I'd intended to use this light box for lettering and transferring text from a layout sheet to a final version of good printmaking paper. The light source is at the top of the box, not directly under the plexiglass tracing seruface, so the light at the top of the box is brighter than at the bottm or the center. The strangth of the bulb is also not bright enough - this isn't the same quality of tracing lightbox that you would get with a dedicated light table. If all you're doing is transferring one design from a thin piece of paper to another thin piece of paper, then this is okay, but anthing heavier than 90lb paper is going to let little light through. I'd say that htis is good for scrapbooking or other 'light' art, but not for heavy duty stuff where you need a lot of light to make art transfers. In addition, there is a pink discoloration in the plastic tracing surface that I'm pretty sure should not be there. I'll use this, but am saving up for a real light table in the near future.
