Everything Has a Price Tag: China on China (Enhanced DVD)

China has been experiencing a surge of wealth which has led to a fast-changing social structure. What was once a very united country in terms of social status and wealth is now a place stricken with a fast-growing lifestyle gap. This film goes inside China's widening wealth gap and looks at the country's millions of migrant workers who are stricken with poverty despite a spike in wealth in the country. The focus is one two people just barely making enough to get by but who still high hopes for their son's future. Commentary in this film comes from several Chinese experts on the changing social classes of China.
