There are literally hundreds of books written for employees about how to ace a job interview. But until now, there hasn't been as much out there for managers and leaders about how to perform an interview that produces the best fit for the company or the team.
In this program, viewers have an opportunity to observe communication and learn questioning skills in a behavioral style interview process called TELL (Teach to trust, Energize, Lead to detail, Look for clues). This program will help you or your managers learn how to look for behaviors that might point to the reality of the candidate's ability, rather than just what he/she wants you to believe about their performance ability. It does this by teaching managers to ask for specific examples of their experience and asking them to expound on that instance and then looking for behavioral clues within those examples. This program would also serve any leadership function well as an interesting opening to the meeting.
