One of the most frustrating parts of the workplace can be dealing with a difficult boss. This video will teach strategies for working with even the most hard-to-deal-with bosses. Employees can try to reconnect person-to-person and offer proactive praise by noticing and commenting on good things your employer is doing. Viewers will be shown tactful ways to offer suggestions for improvements and to seek out counseling or help when they need it.
The video also makes suggestions for those coping with bosses who will not change and who do not seem to come around. These include employees trying to adjust their own mindsets or even looking to transfer departments and/or positions within the business to have less interaction with the negative boss.
This video has a 17 minute run time and is closed captioned for the hearing impaired.
