Job interviews can certainly be a bit of an anxiety inducing experience, but they don’t need to be. There are steps to a job interview that can reduce the stress and anxiety surrounding it and help job seekers feel more comfortable. Good preparation which includes performing research, conducting interviews, preparing written material, envisioning all the different scenarios and settings, and coming up with a list of smart questions which can all pave the way to a successful interview. This program explores the ways to prepare for a job interview, and helps viewers focus on their expectations and goals and guides them to success.
