Remi feels that people have not expected much from her and she is set to prove them wrong. A life coach and a career specialist advise Remi about how to choose a career based on what she is interested in rather than picking a career to impress other people. Remi investigates different careers including speech therapy, editing for a French tourist guide, and working at an Oxfam shop as an assistant, and she decides that she will pursue her passion in foreign languages. She never thought of that as a course of study in the past. She is ready to start school as a French major, focusing on international charity, and she feels confident that she will find a job with a language degree with the wide range of career options for those degree holders.
