Payal works at a large investment bank for a short period of time, but she still has a strong desire to succeed in the world of finance. Sháá Wasmund works with Payal to rebuild her confidence after she loses her job and expands her awareness of the different opportunities available to her in finance. She teaches Payal how to apply her people and financial skills to get better opportunities, and puts her to work for two different nonprofit companies: Free@Last and British Trust for Conservation Volunteers. Free@Last is focused on improving the lives of young people in the inner city. Payal is also introduced to an insider in the financial industry who opens her eyes to other career options in finance abroad and at home. (24 minutes)
